We’re confident the unrivalled levels of darkness provided
by your new BlocOut sleep shade will help you sleep better after one night.
However, if you don’t sleep better within 1 week of receiving your BlocOut sleep shade, then contact us, and we will collect it and offer you a full refund.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method when
the BlocOut sleep shade is back with us. For full upfront payment, this generally takes 3-5 business days.

Warranty

This product is covered against manufacturing defects, i.e., any flaw in the product design, materials, or workmanship that prevents the product from functioning correctly.

All chain operated products have a three year warranty from the date of purchase.

All motor operated products have a one year warranty from the date of purchase.

Measure Protect

Peace of mind… with our 'Measure Protect' service you can guarantee a perfect fit for every BlocOut sleep shade. We will automatically insure
your measurements against mistakes, even if the new corrected size is slightly
bigger. We will collect your BlocOut sleep shades, make the necessary
amendments, and send the new shades directly to you.

Terms & Conditions of Measure Protect

• You have 14 days from the time your shade arrives to inform us of any measurement errors. 
• You cannot change the operation type, fitting type or color of the replacement shade.
• The difference in measurement between the original shade and the new shade must not be more than 1 inch.
• New measurements must be provided by email.
• Customers will be limited to 1 remake per item and 2 remakes per household per lifetime.
• ‘Measure Protect’ will not permit a refund.
