Returns And Refunds Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, once your Bloc Blinds order has been confirmed, you have a right to cancel your order and be fully refunded.

In the event of loss or damage in the course of delivery, we, Bloc Blinds, will, on receiving reasonable evidence of such loss or damage, provide replacement products. In the event of loss or damage after delivery to the nominated address, Fourds Blinds shall have no further liability.

If for any reason you decide to return your order, please send a letter to our postal address or send an email to sales@fourdsblinds.com stating your order number and reason for return.

Bloc Blinds Ltd will process your request and inform you of the required action to take in writing or by email.

 If for any reason you decide to return your blinds, please note we will raise a charge of a minimum of £19.95 per order to cover our costs in arranging collection or you may arrange for your order to be shipped back to us by your own means.(If nobody is in on the agreed collection date an additional charge will incurred for any subsequent collections).

If you return any standard blinds that have been incorrectly ordered by yourself, within 14 days in their original condition (unopened with any seals intact) you will be charged an administration fee as follows:

Stock/ready made blinds (skylight blinds) or opening poles will be charged at 25% of the returned order cost.

Bespoke/made to order blinds (non-standard skylights or eco blinds) cannot be refunded or returned.

This charge will apply in all instances unless the blinds that you have received are different to those ordered or are damaged/faulty upon delivery.

Please notify us of any faulty/damaged items within 24 hours of receipt.

Please ensure you give us the correct size information when ordering, as we cannot be responsible for charges incurred for returning blinds that have been ordered incorrectly.

Please contact us if you are not certain in any way as to which model/size or manufacturer of window you have.

Items may also be returned for warranty repairs. Bloc Blinds will not be responsible for return postage costs or returns damaged in transit.

 

Shipping And Delivery

Bloc Blinds ships merchandise worldwide.

UK Delivery

Standard colours Lily White and Quilted Vanilla will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 11.00am GMT. Orders placed after 11.00am GMT or premium coloured orders will be dispatched the next working day after purchase. The standard delivery service is 48 Hr, but a 24hr service can be selected in the drop down menu for an addition £5.98 for the total consignment.

Republic of Ireland Delivery

Standard colour items will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 11.00 GMT. Orders placed after 11.00 GMT or premium coloured orders will be dispatched the next working day after purchase. The standard delivery service is 24 Hr.

Scottish Highlands and Islands and The Channel Islands Delivery

Standard colour items will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 11.00 GMT. Orders placed after 11.00 GMT or premium coloured orders will be dispatched the next working day after purchase. The standard delivery service is 72 Hr.

Mainland Europe Delivery

Items will be dispatched next working day if ordered before 11.00 GMT. Orders placed after 11.00 GMT will be dispatched two working days after purchase. The standard delivery service is 72 Hr.
